Caterivo is operated by JMartyn Digital.
This privacy policy explains how Caterivo handles personal information when you use the Caterivo website, contact us, create or manage an account, place an order through a Caterivo-powered restaurant page, submit a quote request, or otherwise use the platform.
1. Who we are
Caterivo provides online ordering, quote request, payment and admin tools for small food businesses.
You can contact us about this privacy policy by emailing hello@jmartyndigital.co.uk.
Some restaurant pages on Caterivo are operated by individual food businesses. Where you place an order, send a message, or submit a quote request to a specific food business, that business may also be responsible for how it handles your information.
2. Information we may collect
Caterivo may collect and process information such as your name, email address, telephone number, order details, quote request details, delivery or collection details, messages, account details, restaurant business details, payment status, refund status, dispute information, support requests and email delivery information.
Caterivo may also process technical information such as IP address, browser information, device information, timestamps, security logs, form submission details and website usage information.
3. How we use personal information
Caterivo uses personal information to provide the platform, process orders, manage quote requests, support restaurant accounts, send customer and business emails, provide customer support, manage payments and refunds, protect the platform, prevent misuse, keep records, improve the service and meet legal obligations.
4. Restaurant orders, quote requests and contact forms
When you place an order, submit a quote request, or contact a food business through Caterivo, the information you provide may be shared with that food business so it can handle your order, enquiry, quote, payment, collection, delivery or customer service request.
Food businesses using Caterivo are responsible for handling the information they receive from their customers properly.
5. Accounts and restaurant admin users
Restaurant owners and admin users may provide account details, contact details, business information, menu information, branding information, opening hours, delivery information and Stripe onboarding information.
This information is used to set up, run, protect and support the restaurant account and its ordering or quote system.
6. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Caterivo does not store customers' full card details.
Stripe may process information needed to complete payments, verify businesses, manage refunds, handle disputes, support Stripe Connect accounts and meet legal or regulatory requirements.
Standard Stripe payment processing fees may apply. Stripe payment processing fees are separate from Caterivo subscription fees.
